This hotel used to be absolutely lovely and my parents-in-law returned there again and again. Today upon checking in we were faced with the rudest receptionist imaginable. He shouted quite a number of times and called our complaints on being given a more expensive room than we had booked "stupid and rubbish". He never apoligised and worse of all his boss seemed to find his behavior totally normal. Stay well clear!!!
