If you visit Mill Rythe, do not stay in standard! My photos show you why! Check out behind the toilet!! The chalet we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. We were meant to be in standard plus, but ended up in standard because they had double-booked us - they rang me 6 days before we were due to go to tell me this! I wrote to them as soon as I got home about the disgusting chalet (amongst other things), and they replied saying that they understand the 'decor is a little jaded' LOL. They offered me no form of compensation, and are now ignoring me. Standard Plus have been done up, but do not, whatever you do, stay in standard!!! I wouldn't put my dog in one of those chalets! Their customer service is dreadful. They don't answer letters. I posted on their Facebook page (with photos) and they deleted it and deleted the photos within 2 minutes, and have now stopped me posting on their wall. They are clearly an extremely dodgy company - please think twice before you book to visit - our family summer holiday was completely ruined, and they've offered me nothing as an apology.
