I booked a tree walk last Sunday and enjoyed it so much that I wanted others to know what an interesting experience it was. Our ranger guide was Alex and he seemed to know not only the names of all the trees, shrubs and flowers along the path but also the history and legends associated with many of them.
Alex was really enthusiastic about his job and made our group feel sorry when the walk came to an end.
I would like to help with any volunteer work that is useful to the Park as I think it is such a worthwhile project and such a lovely place. I am a local resident of Hedge End.
