we went to wwaterwheel for my sons 30th birthday lastnight there was 9 of us got lovely warm greeting of the manager when we entered we got taken to our table ,a women came took our orders seemed very nice till we got our meal there was 4 steaks which one had to go back it wasnt cooked properly we got no appologies the three other steakes were like rubber but didnt want to complain again ,lasagne was tasteless and fish was full of water and batter wasnt cooked inside it was all gooey ,then to top it all she came back and started clearing the table while two of us were still eating and when i asked do you relise we are still eating she said no and walked away think she needs training with customer skills ,when we finished our main course we sat for 20 mins no dessert menu was offered so in the end we asked for our bill and left very dissopointed and what was suppose to be good family night was spoilt we didnt even get chance to cut the cake .
