Turned up and there was a sign saying "No boot sale", and there was no explanation for this. There was also no prior warning on the website. The weather was perfect (a warm sunny day) so to me there was no reason why it shouldn't have gone ahead. Very poor. Won't be using again. Not recommended.

I go to this boot fair most weeks, a great boot fair. The only problem i have there is that the sellers go on to the site with the buyers, which is stupid. The sellers should be allowed to go on at least an hour befors so they could set up. The other problem is that you get loads of people diving into backs of cars and vans before anyone can set up, this is not only bad manners but it could lead to steeling. The worst people are the south africans, they do it all the time and when you speak to them or say anything they just give you dirty looks and still do it. If they would let prople set up for selling before the buyer come in this would not happen, other than that a great boot fair.

I agree with the comments for above bees in honey pot but I know that the reason for buyers and sellers entering at the same time is because the police demand it to allegidly reduce traffic conjestion on A20.

THIS COULD BE SUCH A GREAT BOOTSALE I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ONE QUITE A FEW TIMES LAST YEAR THE ONLY DOWN FULL IS THE STAFF LET THE SELLERS AND BUYERS IN AT THE SAME TIME, WHICH MEANS THE SELLERS DONT HAVE A CHANCE OF GETTING THERE STUFF OUT OF THERE CARS AS THE BUYERS ARE LIKE BEES ROUND A HONEY JAR I HAVE SO MANY ROWS OVER THERE AS THE BUYERS ARE SO RUDE....WHY DONT THEY LET THE SELLERS UNPACK THERE GOODS AND THEN LET THE BUYERS IN JUST A LITTLE BIT LATER THAT TO ME MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE....THEN PEOPLE WOULD NOT BE LIKE ANIMALS FIGHTING OVER PEOPLES STUFF
