Best rates for a Local Hotel

This is a popular local restaurant, but I have no idea why. It is truly appalling. I have been dragged there a couple of times over the last 10 years, and each time my hopes that it might have improved are dashed. It is consistently boring, poorly done food, and I'd rather eat my socks than go there agian.
