Not a 4 star hotel . Certanley not newly refurbished .Very tired and old .Not very clean.They have 4 dogs which slept in bedroom above us at night so we could hear them walking about at night and barking a lot in the day.The 2 boxes of tea bags in room were out of date by about two years.We had no milk in room we had to ask every day for a little milk. No s/poo ,soap or shower gel in room.But breakfast was ok
