Attended wedding in June 2010. Setting and decor fine. Too many flies in dining area for my liking. Food portions small and very expensive. Cost of rooms also very expensive for what was available. Regards.

Just married. Had the reception at Llansantffraed. We had a wonderful day, but unfortunately it was in spite of the venue. Wedding coordinator was useless, ignored emails, rude and ruthless in maximising profit. Run-up to wedding was stressful, honeymoon suite awful (leaky shower, missing curtain/blind on window/tasteless decor). Disturbed at 1am by staff in honeymoon suite, on our wedding night, for no good reason. Ladies toilets a disgrace. Would not let us use their cutlery or spoons for our wedding cake. Disgraceful and inexcusable. Outside is beautiful, inside needs lots of work. Paint peeling off walls in many places, rooms need decorating, tv didn't work in some rooms. Noise travels between rooms very easily. There are some good staff here, but unfortunately not running the place. Needs a major overhaul. I honestly cannot recommend this venue. We had a fantastic day, but the venue was very, very disappointing.
