A big thanks to the management and staff at the Falcon for making our Christmas Day Lunch and New Years Eve a very enjoyable and memorable occasion. Both menus were delicious, well presented and served by staff who were intent on making it a very special first Christmas and New Year for the Falcon. The New Year was seen in by many happy people who partied well into New Years Day. We wish them all a very successful 2008 well done to you all.
