Met with a nice cuppa over looking the sea. Had single room next to the communal bathroom....very noisey and woke me each morning, as did the voices from room opposite, walls very thin, you can hear everything.TV so old it didnt even have a remote control, only 4 poor channels to watch and reception poor. Window in bathroom sealed shut so very damp when you had a bath. Shower so weak it took ages to wash hair. Bath towels so small they wouldnt even fasten round you (and im a size 14). Breakfast good but only from 8.30am-9am, any later and you wont get any! Not the full menu as advertised either. Toiletries not replaced from day one. Disappointing considering the reviews!

Welcomed with tea on the terrace overlooking the sea adjacent to well kept garden. Bedroom was smartly and newly decorated. No clock-radio in the room as advertised. We had to ask for one. No shaver point in shower room. Mirror over basin had light which didn't work. Unpleasant black stains around shower where the tiles met shower tray.Weak shower means you spend ages if washing your hair.Don't attempt to get into breakfast room before 8.30am as it will be BOLTED from the inside! A bell is rung at 8.30am....is this a boarding house from the 1960's...? If you don't want a cooked breakfast and you don't like white sliced bread, you'll have to manage on very small bowl of cereal and tinned grapefruit! All this for £45 EACH per night!!!!
