This is the second time I have taken my dog for a booster. My spaniel has been nervous since she was spade there about 18 months ago. However the young Vet who appeared nervous before she even began didn't even try to put my dog at ease. She appeared with the muzzle before doing anyting else. This happened last time too and it ended up with another Vet helping to push my dog into a corner, It took three to four stabs with the needle before they finished and all the while my dog was petrified and her eyes were bulging. t I can understand the requirement of a muzzle for safety sake for the Vets. However I think their manner of dealing with a nervous dog leaves alot to be desired and I will never go there again.
