after reading some bad reports on trip advisor about the property, and there having 2 functions at the hotel, I went with a very open mind!!!!Upon check in we were advised of the functions and were allocted a quite room, which it was and a very nice room to, with a wonderful bathroom. Off to explore the hotel and I must say was delightful, the grounds very well kept and the setting was beautiful. But the best part was the spa , a wonderful haven of relaxtion with a pool, monsoon showers which were fab, sauna steam room and they offered many treatments. The chnaging facilities were very good , well equipped (ghd hair straightners) and very modern , the staff very friendly and helpful. We decided to eat in the hotel for dinner although the restaurant had been moved, it was in a delightful room overlooking the grounds, the staff very efficient and the the menu was a tdh menu @£25 per head for 3 courses ,and was very good and didnt have to wait between courses despite a group of about 100 having a sit down meal,we felt we came first which was very nice. Would love to return to the hotel for a bit longer so could feel totaly re charged, would recommend.
