I just want to say how disgusted I am in their apparant care of animals. I have used this group for a number of years and always thought they offered a good service although pricy. I am a bit short of funds this month and one of my cats has cat flu. I rang them today to see if I could bring my cat down but pay them at the end of the month (I told them my situation), they said NO and would require payment after treatment. So my cat now has to suffer until I get paid. I always thought that when you decide you want to become a vet it is because you care for animals. Obviously allthis group cares about is money - I will NOT be using this group again
