I feel I should let others know about the awful time I had at this place. Having booked a package deal spa/overnight stay to celebrate my birthday, I left feeling upset, ripped off and stressed out. The 'spa' consists of a miniscule sauna, a tiny steam room and two sun loungers. I was also very unsatisfied with the quality of the beauty treatments (mediocre to say in the least), the staff are rude, disorganised and unhelpful. The rooms are small and the beds uncomfortable. To top it off the manager attempted to charge us twenty five pounds for using the bath in the spa. I wish I'd stayed at home.
