I have to say the tea room resturant was a major disapointment.The food was very poorly presented,also the cooked food was not properly cooked.The manageress was very rude and most un-helpful.When I tried to talk to the manageress she was not interested and seem more interested in the clock.When I asked to change part of the order I got a huge sigh like it was to much effort to listen to.The lady had no health and hygein.Twice she lifted the dustbin lid and never was her hands.She is to misserable to hold a customer service postion.Mcdonalds drive through is better option for her.
