Good Points: I was working at the theatre at night and needed to use my room to rest in during the day. I found it a most relaxing friendly place.
Bad Points: Room was slightly cold and I was a little confused as to the entertainment system, but overall I had a good stay.
General review: The staff were all so helpful and really went out of their way to provide that extra bit of customer service. I was travelling alone and so this was a real bonus to me and made my stay. I travel alot around the country at the moment and its important to me to be able to feel really relaxed, safe and able to rest without worrying. This was the first time I had really felt like that in a hotel.
