We had the best christmas at this hotel, all the staff and entertainers made it a very enjoyable time. We were made to feel very special, and Ron the manager was excellent. thank you everyone

SUPER LOCATION EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION
GOOD SPA. THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS TERRIBLE I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY GET THEIR STAFF FROM BUT THEY WANT TRAINING.
THE FOOD IS OF MOTORWAY SERICE STANDARD
THE FOOD IN THE BOATHOUSE IS FAR BETTER.
I STAY AWAY A GREAT DEAL ON BOTH BUSINESS AND PLEASURE BUT THIS IS ONE THE WORST HOTELS THAT I STAYED IN OVER THE PAST 3/4YEARS

Good Points: The Hotel was excellent and the staff were 1st class - efficient, friendly and welcoming
General review: I would recommend this hotel - wonderful location, fantastic hotel and the staff were 1st class.
