Good Points: Every thing was very neat and tidy and certainly very pleasant. The fact that we were upgraded was even nicer. I was very pleased with the tea and coffee making facilitues in the room.
Bad Points: The room was abit too hot. The fact that there was not way to turn the heating off was a little disapointing. It would have been nice to be able to open the window at night. The restaurant, we felt the service was a little slow as far as the ordering was concerned. It felt as if there was not enogh managing and planning and we had to wait around for somebody to show up.
General review: It was a nice stay. Very nice and relaxing place. It owuld have been perfect had it not been for the afore mentioned points. Coming from a hospitality background we do understand that it might not be that big of a deal unfortunately for us its part of our job hence the complaints.
