My review is for D&A in Bishops Stortford. I was charged £650 for new Spectacles. I was prescribed Varilux Varifocal lenses. Mistakes were made with both Lenses and Frames. I have had opinions from 4 other Optical Companies all agreeing that both Lense and frames completely wrong. I have asked for a refund. I have seen the main Optician only once in 5 visits to complain.

Excellent service provided by staff at St Albans branch. In particularly Johan who carried out my daughter's eye test, she was a bit excitable but he was brilliant with her.
