When booking was made, £15 per pitch per night based on 2 in caravan, told gentleman on phone who took booking, that there would be a total of 6 adults, 4 sleeping in awning. Wasn't till we arrived, the lady running the site made us most unwelcome. When she was reminded that 4 friends were arriving in due course, she maintained she knew nothing about it. She proceeded to tell us that it would be £5 PER ADULT, PER NIGHT ON TOP OF THE £15 PER NIGHT FOR THE PITCH!! We made it clear that we were not told of this on the telephone & we should have been. A very expensive week-end, unfortunately they are not a member of the caravan club. If you want to be ripped off, this is the site to go to. On top of that, you are expected to put 50p in a box every time you used the shower! There are 10 pitches but only 1 ladies & 1 gents toilet, with 1 shower in each. She is expanding the site too so although it is kept beautifully clean, more facilities are required to cover the amount of pitches. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO BE RIPPED OFF!!
