What a wonderful hotel! This used to be the High School of Stirling and the hotel has used this aspect to add caracter to the building, the loung is called the Headmasters Study, restaruant is called Scholars and meeting rooms are named after subjects. The choice on the dinner menu is superb although not much choice is given for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated although the vews aren't that fanastic. The hotel is located on a fairly steep hill but is so close to everything in Stirling. The staff are so gracious and polite and will bend over backwards to help you. There was a discepancy on my bill but it was sorted within a few minutes and without any quibbles. I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly.
