my husband and i decided to camp at symonds yat west leisure park, on arrival at around 6 pm after travelling from wales we was greeted by a female member of staff, i have never met anybody so rude, her attitude towards me and my husband was disgusting, the field she told us to pitch on was muddy and wet with men working nearby with a jcb and a lorry, me and my husband both refused for the obvious reasons above it was hardly going to be a peaceful trip, again we had nothin but sarcasm and bad attitude from this young female when we asked if there was anywhere else we could pitch, at this point me and my husband had quite enough of her bad manners and rudeness and decided to leave symonds yat and take our custom elsewhere,we were both very disapointed as we were both loooking forward to a nice little break but unfortunately we was put-off in a very big way.
