Good Points: The breakfast was very good. We were permitted to leave our luggage with them prior to check-in. The host was very helpful in finding our way in the town - to the train station and restaurant, and also booked an excellent taxi to the airport for early morning. We were also permitted to wait in the garden while our room was prepared. The bedding was luxurious and the bed comfortable. The decorating was very elegant. The flat screen TV was welcomed. Bad Points: There were dirty dishes in the eating area in the afternoon. The bedroom was rather small. General review: Very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

General review: Hotel is currently going through a total refurb (I knew this prior to booking as I had read feedback on the hotel before booking) once finished, it will be a quality establishment. The decor in the rooms is pleasant to the eye, and comfortable.a few more soft furnishings and plumber pillows would make a stay at the hotel even more pleasant. A bar had been fitted in the Reception area, but not stocked as it had only just been fitted during the refurb. great plus's ... Flat screen TV, iron/ironing board, hospitality tray,i-home radio (docking station for i-pod) refrigerator and a safe for your valuables. I gave feedback to the Manager as he did ask me for my opition, a few little things, but nothing to write home about! He was very pleasant and courtious man. Once the refurb is complete, I will certainly go back to see the finished product.
