Good Points: Clean - just decorated
Bad Points: Television did not work - staff helped by allowing me to watch the TV in the adjoining empty room - not the same though.
General review: Breakfast was advertised as 0800 on Saturday... a little late for my liking as I would have had to rush it to get to the start of the convention. As is was, no staff turned up in the hotel until 0815, and breakfast would not have been ready until 0830 at the earliest. This was exceptionally annoying, and indicates dismal management. 3 people were desperate to check out at 0800 [for similar reasons] and had to twiddle their fingers until Reception was ready at 0820 or so. On balance, if the management got its act together, I would use the hotel again.

I have got to say no one on reception when i got to the mill, it took ten minute for some one to come and another customer went to look for some one in the bar. The room was ok in size. But cobwebs and poor lighting, and bed sheets that did not fit the bed was the start. But to say sleeping in room 23 its a night mare for some one who is a light sleeper.All the night a loud noise as u can here every time some one uses the water in the hotel.
