Absolutely superb. Best range of premium spirits I've seen in any bar in Lincoln, cocktails were well prepared and tasted delicious. The selection of food available was stunning, and considering it's all prepared fresh on the premises was served quickly. And the Black Rock Grill - what an innovation! Having never seen anything like it elsewhere I found it to be a unique and very enjoyable experience.

We recently held a lunch for 30 people at Why Not to celebrate a Wedding Blessing. We were served by helpful, friendly and courteous staff. The food was superbly cooked and presented. We were given a wide choice of main courses and delicious desserts. Thank you to all staff at Why Not for making our day special.
A good choice of wine was available at reasonable prices. The cocktails are wow!!!!
Must go again to try the Black Rock.
