stayed here with our 2 grandchildren over half term .this hotel is absolutely the best ,we were made to feel so welcome .the bedroom was so roomy a four poster for us and 2 proper beds for the children and still lots of room to move around ,we were allowed use of one of the 2 extremely well furnished living rooms for guest use ,toys were on tap for the children, we were allowed to bring in food and were provided with crockery and cuttlery glassses ect a truly good dining experience ,including the best full monty breakfast .this hotel and the lovely landlady certainly know how to make you welcome .the cost of this hotel is comparable to any roadside travel lodge but the service surrondings and welcome you recieve at this hotel are beyond comparison.

We arrived to a warm and freindly greeting. We were shown around the hotel and our room. The room was big and spacious and the 4 poster bed was to die for, it was as comfortable as it looked. The breakfast was gorgeous and kept us going all day. This was without doubt the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in and would highly recommend it to all.
