Good Points: Food was excellent, service was polite, responsive and friendly. Clean, lovely rooms and very comfortable.
Bad Points: Only downside was that we had requested a twin room, and were given a double. An adjustment was promised but this hadn't been down by the time we got back from lunch. It was, however, quickly rectified.

Good Points: Cleanliness, location, leisure facilities
Bad Points: I booked a taxi to take me to a local restaurant - distance of less than 2 miles and was charged £12 one way. Be aware that there is an extremely limited local taxi service and very expensive.

If you happen to stay the same weekend as the hotel is hosting a wedding(s) you won't be able to use the hotel restaurant or bar. You can get food from the gym if you don't mind burgers and chips and the smell of the swimming pool. Very disappointing.
