Just spent a great midweek break in this Hotel, having known and loved the original Bayview we were not sure what to expect. We found the bedrooms spacious and very comfortable ,spotless and a morning newspaper and the days weather forecast was left outside our door each morning. Staff were friendly and food good. Nice relaxed atmosphere

Good Points: very nice clean rooms with fantastic views over the bay Bad Points: Would have liked a fuller menu General review: We would have liked to have known morea bout the village before we arrived, but overall it is the perfect 'get away from it all' location

Good Points: The location. Bad Points: It was built on the site of a hotel of the same name, and unfortunately lacks the character/quirkiness of the previous hotel albeit that it is very nice. General review: We stay in the hotel because of it's location not because of the hotel. It is very nice and functional but no personal touches. We will stay again, but through necessity not through desire. That said it is very clean, and pleasant throughout.
