perfect place to stay, good hospitality, the owners could not do enough for us, bedrooms very clean and child friendly, will return to the malthouse next time.thankyou very much

We stayed for two nights in the Malthouse and I would totally recommend it to anyone on every level of what makes a good B&B.
The place is spotlessly clean, it's a lovely building, the breakfasts were wonderful and hearty, the family were friendly and helpful and it has a bar on the premises with draught alcohol.
You can get a bus from Alton to Alton Towers and I would thoroughly recommend this place for a base for that, or indeed for anything else.
