Although I would very much like to review the accomodation, I cannot. I booked this accomodation for Sat 28/04, just as we were about to leave our house I noticed that I hadn't been sent the key-code to gain entry as I had been told on the booking confirmation that I would. I called to enquire and had a very unprofessional and unhelpful person advise me that they did not have an apartment for us due to the fact that THEY were unsure about the arrangements between themselves and the booking agents. They offered no aplogy whatsoever and although they had been aware of the situation for a number of days and had contact details for me they had made no effort to contact me so that I could arrange alternative accomodation. Very poor service.
