The advantage that Woodfield Farm Resturant has over competitors is the great indoor play area for kids. The carvery food was fine, not quite the same standard as the 2 Toby Carveries in Doncaster, but it tasted all right. The service was another thing completely, we ordered 3 starters; 10 minutes after the first one was brought to the table we had to chase up the other 2. The curry and 2 pizza meals took 40 minutes to be served to the table and it took 30 minutes for the table to be cleared after we had finished. After my son-in-law had finished his curry he had a quick glance at the menu and realised that the pitta bread for his meal was missing. I think we will stick to the Toby Carvery at Bessecarr in the future.
