Bad Points: no room tidy on sundays
General review: except for no room tidy on sunday everthing was as I expected

We stayed in the Contemporary Room and found it very comfortable, roomy, well-appointed and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We have stayed in four different London hotels over the past five years and found this the most comfortable and best value for the rate charged.
