Good Points: room was very spacious and clean, we had a sea view which will be excellent when they have finished al the building work Bad Points: that the surrounding area will be a building site for a long time yet General review: room had iron tea making and hairdryer. no mini bar but we never use one. large tv with good choice of chanells. An excellent gym, lot of children in the pool and the changing rooms and showers need to be checked more regulary as they looked dirty.excellent full breakfast and service.hotel is walking distance from the centre and is an excellent base. We did read other reviews of the hotel before booking and found that they were very mixed, some people must be very hard to please.we always book ah hotel in swansea for our anniversary and we would definately book this one again.

This Holtel is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. The hotel was only one week old when we visited. The staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. The facilities, including pool and sauna were excellent. The food and service was fantastic and the breakfast was awesome. The decor was of a very high standard. The reception staff were a pleasure to deal with. This in terms of value and class was the best hotel I have ever stopped in......bar none!!!!!!!!!
