Im actually writing this review from an ex waitresses point of view. Dickens offers an excellent choice of foods to a high standard and as i know from working there the staff are polite and helpful. I actually left after about 6 months of working there because of the joke of getting paid £4 and hour on new years night and new years day morning. As from then i refused to work as i felt used by the manager, and was foolish enough to work my socks off during work experience too. I felt cheated as i did when no tips were given to me and went straight to the manager.
