I called at the Castlereagh Branch Belfast yesterday and ordered Flowers to be delivered today for Valentines to My fiancee Debbie Gray to work. When the still hadn't arrived @ 2.00pm I called the shop. I was then told that I should have been told that there would be an extra payment of £10.00 on top of what I alreay had paid to have the said flowers delived at a given time.THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO ME. The assistant then told me she would have them delivered to our house between 3.00 & 6.00pm, still no flowers.I then called the shop again after 6.00pm and spoke to the same assistant again, She then denied she told me they would be delivered at the said times. I feel that I've not been given the service that I required and most definitely what I paid for. I have had flowers delivered from this shop before on two other occasions, but will certainly not be doing business again as these flowers literally arrived ten minutes before we left to go out for dinner.
