I have never even managed a visit as I have telephoned 5 times - no lawyer available apparently and although I have asked for one to phone me back in reference to my will which is lodged their through my previous lawyer not even one phone call - not even when I said I have no option but advise this on websites - please, please could you get someone to call me. So I'm afraid my experience is appalling and exceptionally unprofessional. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in honesty if they can't even respond to a simple request such as a will.
