The treatment given to myself and my family at the BSA dental clinic has been fantastic over the years. Waits are inevitable with any practitioner whether a dentist or a car mechanic if they are taking care of their clients properly. I have had excellent bridge-work done at BSA in the past so really don't understand the complaints of the other reviewer. I have found the practice to be friendly and efficient and we enjoy going there.

I arrived at 10.04 a.m. for a 10.15 apppointment and was kept waiting until 10.50 a.m. by which time I had to return to my car and put on another hour parking ticket. After a fairly cursory examination, it was confirmed that I need major bridge-work, which the Dentist said could not be carried out there. She added," incidentally, you are no longer registered with this Clinic". I was so non-plussed I didn't ask why! I wasn't even offered a mouth rinse. That cost me £16.50. I have attended this practice for several years now and do not know why I was given this shabby treatment.
