Add your review I was the manager/pilot of this Balloon Operation for around 6 months. It was a great experience flying it and in it. Truely remarkable really.
The ballon was massive and had a basket which could take up to 30 passengers-though we never took that many up.
Flying was achieved buy checking the weather-too much wind - a real problem and she couldnt go up. Chance of thunder and lighning-same. Then once the ballon was uncoupled you simply ascended by releasing the giant winch by it was suspended.
