Arrived for an appointment 10 minutes late but phoned on the way to explain. There reply was "dont worry as the dentish is also running late" as my appointment was 08:30 When I arrived I was informed he wasnt prepaired to see me as as I'd already pre-paid they couldnt refund me the £47 I'd paid. I also asked them to take into account the week before I had to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment having arrived on time so there are plenty of double standards here!!! Finally they agreed to refund £30 as £17 was charged for the check up which I didn't require. I was promised 3/4 that a refund would be sort by cheque from head office, alas on Monday 5th Dec I had a phone to state theu could refund me over the phone back onto my phone "which I asked for over a month before" Shocking service ref refund and would never go to this pratice again, they might be having a large extention being build for new business but I feel they need to look after there current customers rather than chasing new customers!!! Think twice before paying in-advance in case they feel like not seeing you for your appointment!!
