Excellent. Friendly, welcoming staff who are happy to attend to every detail to make your stay comfortable. Beautifully furnished, spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. The home-made shortbread, found with a good supply of tea and coffee was most delicious. We made use of the very good tennis court before dinner. Our evening meal was excellent value and superbly presented. We enjoyed every morcel. We were so full that we were determined not to have room for a dessert but everything on the well stocked trolley looked so yummy that were could not resist. Breakfast was equally excellent as was lunch on Sunday. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome and at home. The grounds are beautiful and most peaceful. We are already planning our next trip!!!
