I quite like this dentist however trying to book an appointment is a nightmare.
Unless you physically pop in there to book the appointment you have little or no chance to get through. The line is always busy, they appear to have 1 line only and if someone is on the line then tough!!! Its like a house phone!
Its so bad I am even debating moving dentists! I have had enough of spending 2 months trying to book an appointment!
And when you tell them they dont care!
Very frustrated!
Hygenist only in 1 day per week... Thursday, and is very rude and condescending, I am nearly 30 and dont have a filling in my head.. so she tells me off every time... and I am quite indignant that I do know how to care for my teeth!!!!
