Do not go there! They say they accept NHS patients but they charge private practice prices. They also ask for money in advance of treatment. When we decided not to use their services we went back to ask for a refund of the money paid but treatment not received, we were met by a very unpleasant and defensive receptionist. When we ask for a list of their prices, she said they haven't any. Dodgy! We should have known better. Their practice was deserted! But when your tooth broke off and you are in shock and they are the nearest dentist .... We later visited a genuine NHS dentist and the difference was great. They were open and honest about their charges, (they have a price list) friendly and helpful and you only pay when you've had the treatment. So avoid St Clements Dental Care in Hammersmith unless you want to pay through your nose for treatment you can get on the NHS at a fraction of their cost.
