rung the dentist got through to answer machine it said we will ring back within an hour however, they never did. When I rung back I was greeted with a rather irate dental nurse, who then accused me of being aggresive, been with this dentsit for many years, never quite experienced this before, I felt I needed to write and complain. Still no response though it will be interesting to see what they say??? rather disgruntled long distance 3hour trip patient.....! yes 3 hours in all for a check up...and wishing there were a dentist nearer home but the dentist is rather professional not like his staff..
poor service frankly from this one nurse........
