Amanda - let me get this straight... you mean becuase i get my treatment for FREE are you saying that i should receive a second class service from a qualified practitioner and be thankful?... NO! what you have just said is wrong!... regardless to whom pays for the treatment the treatment is paid for and with it should come a FIRST class serve! also the decision to take on NHS patients thankfully is not up to narrow minded "working class" idiots like yourself, it is up to the dentist and if they did not want to take on NHS patients they wouldn't! did you know that some "working class" people receive FREE dental care too as they receive working family tax credits?.. should these people be grateful if a dentist makes a mistake and caused them a lot of pain?... or should these people suffer in silence as they get their treatment for FREE? or is it just people on BENIFITS your aiming this remark at? maybe if you take your head out of your back side for a moment you will realise you know NOTHING! if you are so disgusted with people getting something for free that you have to pay for why don't you take your nasty little childish comments and go to a fully privatised dentist because you sound like a very sad person

i visited the practice as a new patient, and felt like i was given the best tratment available to me, the optiions were given as a private or nhs patient, as an nhs dentist, i thought the service was impeccable, if you dont want to sit and wait, and for people on benifits who get their treatment free( of which i dont) then go and find a private dentist, but please do not compromise the service they are giving to usm the hard class working people.!!!!!!!!

I can see why The Smile Clinic has won "Best in UK" by Private Dentistry Awards AND "Best in Northwest" by Dentistry Magazine Awards! The decor is like no other dental surgery I've seen before & service is courteous & polite. I would recommend it to anyone!!

I booked an appointment last october for a check up this morning. I arrived early with my appointment card to find that the clinic is closed with the shutters pulled down. A notice on the shutters states that they are not open on a friday. I am appalled by this the appointment card clearly states that if i cancel without 24 hours notice i will be charged yet they have noy bothered to contact me to rearrange, this is totally unprofessional and not acceptable.

I have visited this clinic a few times . The prices always change even when I have the same work done. Arrived 3minutes late today and was told to sit down after 5 mins the dentist came out and said she wouldn't see me because i was late. Obviously they haven't considered the 4 times they changed my last appointment as the dentist kept extending her holiday and 25mins I was waiting when i finally went.
