Although gratefull to have a NHS dentist, it all felt rather basic. No frills dentistry, very basic treatment rooms and the dentist who treated me had very limited english language skills. I suppose this is now the future of NHS dentistry.

As of Jan 2008, Central Dental Practice has room for new patients. If you call them directly they will let you know if they can fit you in, which they usually can.
First class dental service.
Great customer care.
No unnessesary treatment.
NHS welcome.
Short waiting times.

I would like to thank Central Dental Practice for opening in Blackburn & giving my family & I a dental place under the NHS which I waited for 4 years. The car provided is excellent. If I have had toothache I just go to the dentist & they fit me in on an "open surgery" appointment. Only problem I have is the telephone line is very busy but I keep trying someone will answwer. It is a busy dentist & serves the people of Blackburn well. M. Patel
