After weeks of waiting and letters of reminder, I finally get a call to come in to sign a document which was to be explained to me before signing. When I arrived it was to be told that the document was at the front desk and there was no one available to explain the legal jargon (sick cat apparently). Did not find this very professional. Needless to say if and when I need a solicitor I will not be using this company again.
