I do not normally write reviews about anything, but I feel I want to. I went for my first visit to the practice as I did not have a dentist and had a problem. I have to say that I am really happy I found this one. Right from the start, speaking to Sarah on the telephone, to going for the appointment, everything was superb. I was made so welcome, and the dentist, Mrs Goatman was just so good, not only in the way she delt with the treatment, but the way she made me feel at easy. She told me everything in a way that I could understand, and made me feel at ease when I was told that I needed an extraction. The extraction was done, and all the way through she kept me informed what was going on. It was not an easy tooth to extract, but she made sure that I had no feeling before starting, and just took all te time needed to make sure I was okay at all times. The aftercare was superb, and the whole thing was cleared up in 24 hours. I am so happy I have found this practice, so much so, I informed my mother who has now made the switch from her dentist to Elmsleigh Park. I will also in there too. Thank you so much everyone, I look forward to you being my dentist for a long time. Simon Nelson.
