Appointments always run late, up to one hour never less than 15 mins even first thing in the day,(They squeeze us in to pay for the porsche) phone answered intermitently, (trying to book an appointment now fax machine answering)Denture did not fit at all, told my gums are too soft! has agreed to replace it after some argument, expensive, almost as bad as the toothache itself. Once I get a denture that works for my £450 I will never go there again. I am 39 years old and very easy to please, not an old whinger. Go somewhere else. I had an NHS dentist who was much better organised.
