Surgery is a joke.. appointments system need to phone an 0845 number and keep you on hold for 20mins, only to be connected eventually and told that appointments for today cannot be booked over the telephone and would need to call back..

I wish to complain about the quality of service I recieved when visiting today at my appointment with dr. jaimeson at 10.10am. Not only was i rushed in the consutation after waiting 40 mins over my appointment time, but I was also treated with condesention and scorn throughout. Toward the end of the consutation I tried to speak with Dr Jamison about my recurring headaches only to be told that he didnt have time for this and that i would have to consult him again in 4 weeks time.Only to my dismay on approaching the reception desk I was informed that he was leaving the practice on Monday. Not only was this inappropriate and disrespectfull but my main concern is that I was not taken seriously throughout the main consultation. The actuall details of what happened and what was said etc can be discussed by contacting me directly as and when a suitable time arise to register my complain officially. yours sincerely Natasha Corbett.
