I think Chalkhill Health centre is absolutely brilliant both staff and doctors are always very considerate and seem genuinely concerned about patients despite their busy schedules. I would like to think this is the norm but from talking to other people about their own doctors and appointment systems, waiting times etc, this is certaily not the case. I recently had a small problem that I discussed with the receptionist and asked her for advice and for information on how I could get help. She was brilliant. Her name is Debbie that's all I know but if she does get to read this a Big Thank You to you.
